Hello, mamas! My name is Jamie Tulisiak––mama, yogi, doula, and big fan of empowering women.
As a prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher (RYT200, PYT), I offer women a space to embrace and connect with their changing bodies. During pregnancy, my practice helped me stay present, centered, and keep those stress hormones away from babe. In the fourth trimester, yoga is teaching me to release expectations for and judgement of my healing body and appreciate its incredible capabilities. I am thrilled to create opportunities for other mamas to share this experience.
As a Certified Bed Rest, Labor, and Postpartum & Infant Care Doula (Pro Doula), I love walking
alongside mamas during their pregnancy, the miracle of birth, and the amazing early stages of life––watching them gain confidence in their innate role as the perfect caregiver for their little one.
In supporting their beautiful journeys into motherhood and beyond, I continue to be awed by the amazing strength of women. As a new mom myself, I’m truly learning the power of non-judgemental female relationships during this time. We are stronger together.
